Royal Caribbean Wine List & Drink Prices (2026): What You’ll Actually Pay Onboard
If you’re trying to budget for drinks on a Royal Caribbean cruise, seeing the actual menu prices can be far more useful than reading generic descriptions of the drink package.
During my cruises, I always end up photographing menus. Partly because I’m curious, partly because I know I’ll want to look back later, and partly because drink prices can add up surprisingly fast if you’re not paying attention.
The menu screenshots below were collected onboard and give a good idea of what Royal Caribbean was charging for wine, champagne, cocktails, sake, and specialty drinks at the time of sailing.
As always, prices can vary slightly by ship, itinerary, or sailing date, but these menus provide a realistic snapshot of what cruisers can expect.
Royal Caribbean Cocktail Prices

One thing that immediately stood out to me was how consistent most of the premium cocktails were. Many specialty cocktails were priced around the $14 range, which is fairly typical across Royal Caribbean’s fleet.
Whether you’re ordering something simple or trying one of the more unique specialty creations, it’s easy to see how several drinks per day can quickly add up without a beverage package.
Royal Caribbean Wine List

Royal Caribbean’s wine selection is larger than many first-time cruisers expect.
The menu includes everything from affordable by-the-glass options to premium bottles costing well over $100. During this sailing I noticed a wide range of California wines alongside selections from France, Italy, Germany, Chile, and other wine-producing regions.
For casual wine drinkers, there were plenty of reasonably priced choices. For those looking for something more upscale, bottles like Dom Pérignon, Cristal, and other premium labels were also available.
Royal Caribbean Champagne & Sparkling Wine Prices

If you’re celebrating a special occasion onboard, Royal Caribbean offers several champagne and sparkling wine options ranging from approachable bottles to luxury selections.
The pricing reflects what you’d typically expect on a cruise ship—higher than retail, but generally in line with other major cruise lines.
Royal Caribbean Sake Menu

One section that surprised me was the variety of sake available. Royal Caribbean offered several different styles and bottle sizes, along with a few sake-based cocktails for guests looking to try something different.
It’s not something every cruiser will order, but it’s nice to see options beyond the standard beer, wine, and cocktail menus.
Royal Caribbean Beer Prices

Royal Caribbean’s beer selection is usually larger than many cruisers expect. Along with familiar domestic and international brands, you’ll often find imports and regional options depending on the ship and venue.
On this menu, Japanese beers such as Asahi, Kirin Ichiban, and Sapporo Premium were priced at $7.99 each. That’s fairly typical of what I’ve seen across Royal Caribbean’s fleet in recent years.
If you’re primarily a beer drinker, checking the menu prices beforehand can be especially helpful when deciding whether a drink package makes financial sense for your cruise. A few beers by the pool each day can add up quickly, while occasional drinkers may find it cheaper to simply pay as they go.
Is the Royal Caribbean Drink Package Worth It?
Looking at these prices helps explain why so many passengers purchase a drink package before sailing.
Whether the package makes sense depends entirely on your drinking habits. Some cruisers may only order a few drinks during the entire cruise, while others can easily enjoy enough cocktails, wine, specialty coffees, bottled water, and sodas to justify the cost.
Personally, I always recommend looking at the actual menu prices first. Once you know what drinks cost onboard, it’s much easier to decide whether a beverage package is worth the money for your style of cruising.
Final Thoughts
Royal Caribbean offers one of the more extensive beverage selections at sea, with options ranging from affordable wines and cocktails to premium champagnes and specialty drinks.
Hopefully these menu photos help you budget a little better and avoid surprises once you’re onboard.
