Celebration Key Island Eats Menus: Food, Prices & What’s Included

One of the biggest questions before visiting Carnival Cruise Line’s Celebration Key is what you can actually eat once you get there—and how much it costs. Celebration Key has more than 30 food and beverage venues, ranging from full-service restaurants to food trucks and quick-service counters.

Carnival also offers Island Eats, which gives each guest one included meal at participating fast-casual locations. Instead of using the included meal, guests can receive 40% off one entrée at participating full-service restaurants. The menus photographed during our visit show exactly what several Island Eats locations serve, along with the à la carte prices if you purchase additional food.

For more Carnival information, CruisePrism readers can also explore our Carnival Dining Menus, Carnival Drink Lists, and Carnival Onboard Guides for more information about restaurants, schedules and onboard activities.

How Island Eats Works at Celebration Key

Island Eats is Carnival’s dining program at Celebration Key. Each guest can use their Sail & Sign card for one included meal at participating fast-casual restaurants.

At participating full-service restaurants, Island Eats can instead be used for 40% off one entrée per person. Pearl Cove Beach Club is not part of the standard Island Eats program.

The included selections can differ from the larger à la carte menus. Several of the photographed signs clearly show an Island Eats meal on one side and individually priced menu items on the other.

That distinction is important when planning your Celebration Key dining. You are not necessarily limited to the Island Eats selection—you can purchase other menu items separately.

Where You’ll Find Island Eats at Celebration Key

Celebration Key is divided into different areas, including Starfish Lagoon and Calypso Lagoon, and Carnival places fast-casual dining options around the destination.

Captain’s Galley Food Hall in Starfish Lagoon is one of the main fast-casual dining locations, with five counters offering different choices. Celebration Key also has food trucks and snack shacks in both Starfish Lagoon and Calypso Lagoon.

The variety means you don’t necessarily have to interrupt your beach or lagoon day for a traditional sit-down lunch. The Island Eats program is specifically designed around quick-service dining, making it easier to grab food and return to the beach, pools, activities, or other parts of your itinerary.

Is Food Free at Celebration Key?

Yes—but there is an important distinction.

Carnival currently includes one Island Eats meal per guest at participating fast-casual venues. It is not unlimited complimentary food throughout the day.

Guests can instead use their Island Eats benefit for 40% off one entrée at participating full-service restaurants.

If you want additional meals, snacks, upgraded items, or other à la carte selections, those can be purchased separately at the posted prices.

Pearl Cove Beach Club operates separately and isn’t included in the standard Island Eats benefit.

Can You Use CHEERS! at Celebration Key?

No. Carnival’s onboard CHEERS! beverage package does not extend to Celebration Key.

Drinks purchased at the destination are generally à la carte unless you have a Celebration Key experience that specifically includes beverages, such as an applicable Pearl Cove Beach Club package.

That is worth remembering when planning your budget because even though an Island Eats meal may be included, beer, soda, and other beverages shown on these menus have separate prices.

Final Thoughts on Celebration Key Island Eats

Island Eats makes Celebration Key considerably easier to plan because Carnival guests don’t necessarily need to budget for a separate lunch during their day ashore.

The menus photographed during our visit also show considerably more variety than just burgers and hot dogs. Depending on where you eat, choices include conch and shrimp fritters, Bahamian hot chicken, wings with Pineapple Rum or Bahama Buffalo sauce, pizza, cheesesteaks, salads, burgers, and several familiar options for less adventurous eaters.

Just remember the most important part: Island Eats covers one qualifying meal, not everything you eat and drink throughout the day. Additional food and beverages are available at the posted à la carte prices.

For cruise passengers planning a Celebration Key itinerary, knowing how the program works—and checking the menus before arriving—makes it much easier to decide where to use that included meal and how much extra spending money to budget for the rest of the day.
