Diamond status is Carnival’s highest published loyalty tier and requires 200 cruise days sailed with the cruise line.
The lunch is typically held once during the cruise in one of the ship’s dining venues and features a special menu created specifically for the event.
While menus can occasionally change, the selections below were offered during this sailing.
How Do You Qualify for the Diamond VIFP Lunch?
To attend the Diamond VIFP Lunch, guests must have earned Diamond status in Carnival’s VIFP Club. Diamond status requires 200 cruise days and represents the highest publicly available loyalty tier in Carnival’s rewards program. Eligible guests typically receive an invitation onboard during their sailing.

At first glance, the menu feels noticeably more upscale than what you’ll typically find in Carnival’s Main Dining Room.
The standout item is undoubtedly the Filet Mignon, which many Diamond guests consider the highlight of the meal. The citrus-cured salmon appetizer also looks particularly appealing, especially with the addition of avocado purée and caviar.
For seafood lovers, the grilled jumbo shrimp provides another premium option, while vegetarians have a dedicated entrée in the Artichoke Blue Cheese Fettuccine.
Dessert may be where the menu shines the most. The Five Layered Pistachio Cake sounds especially impressive thanks to its combination of passion fruit, dark chocolate, cherry lemon, and salted caramel ice cream.
