P&O Cruises Sindhu Menu
Sindhu is P&O Cruises’ speciality restaurant for contemporary Indian cuisine, combining regional Indian flavours with modern presentation and dishes ranging from seafood and curries to biryani and thali plates. This photographed menu is a current-style Sindhu menu featuring starters, main courses, vegan choices, signature thali plates, wine pairings and a dedicated signature cocktail.
I verified the venue against P&O Cruises’ current dining information. P&O Cruises describes Sindhu as an additional-charge Indian-British fusion restaurant and currently lists it aboard Arcadia, Aurora, Azura, Britannia, Iona, Ventura and Arvia. P&O also confirms that Sindhu dishes are individually priced rather than covered by a single restaurant cover charge.

What Is Sindhu on P&O Cruises?
Sindhu is one of P&O Cruises’ speciality dining restaurants and focuses on contemporary Indian cuisine.
P&O Cruises currently categorizes Sindhu as an additional-charge restaurant and describes the experience as Indian-British fusion dining. The cruise line has featured Sindhu as one of its signature speciality restaurants for years, although menus evolve and individual dishes can change.
The photographed menu also introduces a heat guide designed to help diners choose dishes according to their preferred level of spice:
- 1 – Fragrant: mild and rich in flavour
- 2 – Gentle Warmth: soft, balanced glow of heat
- 3 – Lively Heat: vibrant warmth with bold character
That makes it easier to distinguish dishes that are aromatic rather than particularly spicy from those offering considerably more heat.

Sindhu remains one of the more distinctive speciality dining choices across the P&O Cruises fleet. This menu combines recognizable favourites such as chicken korma and lamb rogan josh with more contemporary dishes including lentil-crusted cod, beef fillet bhuna gosht and an elaborate mushroom dum biryani.
The thali plates are particularly useful for passengers who would rather sample several dishes instead of committing to one main course, and the dedicated vegan thali gives plant-based diners a substantial alternative.
The menu also makes navigating the restaurant easier by clearly indicating heat levels and dietary options, while suggested wine pairings and the Sindhu Asha signature cocktail add to the full dining experience.
As with all cruise ship restaurant menus, individual dishes and prices can change. These photographs provide a useful look at the P&O Cruises Sindhu menu offered at the time they were taken, while the exact menu available during a future sailing should be confirmed onboard.

I don’t suppose there is a picture of the desert options? Last week (17th Sep) I had a chocolatey cake desert and a glass of the recommended wine. the wine was delicious but I can’t remember what it was.
Hi Colin! Unfortunately I don’t have a photo of the dessert options from that sailing, and I wasn’t able to confirm which wine was paired with the chocolate dessert. If I come across that menu, I’ll definitely add it to the page. Thanks for visiting CruisePrism!
